HandyCPD Referral Terms
HandyCPD may offer a referral programme where users can invite new users to join HandyCPD using a referral code or link.

Referral Discounts
Where a valid referral code is applied before annual Pro checkout, the referred user may receive £2.99 off annual Pro as shown at checkout. Referral discounts apply to annual Pro billing only. Only one promotional discount applies per checkout unless shown otherwise at checkout.
Referrer Eligibility
Referral codes may be shared by free or paid users. However, referral rewards for the referring user are only available to active paid Pro users with a Stripe billing account capable of receiving account credit.
Free users may share referral codes, but they do not receive a referrer reward while using HandyCPD for free.
Reward Qualification
A referral reward for the referring user is only granted after the referred user becomes a paying Pro subscriber and HandyCPD receives a qualifying non-zero paid invoice.
The referring user's reward is applied as a £2.99 Stripe account credit, subject to programme limits and eligibility checks.
Limits and Exclusions
Referral rewards are currently limited to one successful reward in a rolling 12-month period. Each referred user can only count once.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, failed payments, refunded payments, disputed payments, chargebacks, cancelled or invalid subscriptions, misuse, fraud, or breach of HandyCPD's Terms do not qualify for referral rewards.
HandyCPD may refuse, withhold, reverse, manually adjust, pause, or withdraw referral rewards where there is suspected misuse, fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, payment failure, refund, chargeback, cancellation, technical error, breach of the Terms, or other abuse of the referral programme.
General Terms
Referral rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless HandyCPD says otherwise.
HandyCPD may change, pause, or withdraw the referral programme at any time. Changes will not affect referral rewards already earned and confirmed unless there has been misuse, failed payment, refund, chargeback, error, or breach of the programme rules.
